Both the Olio concept and the restaurant’s interiors were the work of designer and restaurateur Andrea Sozzi. The design features the play of light and nods to Berlin functionalism. Alongside the restaurant are a bistro, a lounge bar and a panoramic terrace, with around 150 seats in total.
